I’ve lost a little over 1 kilo since the 19th of November (4 days) I’m happy with that. If I keep going like this I should be 10kg’s lighter at least, by the end of the year or next month!
What i’ve noticed is that my tummy is starting to loose it “bloati-ness” to it, because I’ve stopped drinking fizzy drinks and have been doing 160 sit ups a day.(2 reps of 80)
I’ve always had muscle like legs, but now i’ve noticed that my thigh muscles have become more prominent after spending an hour doing squats, lunges and weights on Monday evening - Still in quite horrible pain! i’m walking like a drunk person at the moment and haven’t been able to get into any cardio since that!
Once my leg muscles recover, I’ll be able to continue more strenuous exercise, possibly a body combat class.
I hope I don’t hit a plateau, I usually do at around this time which I think is happening right now. I won’t let it concern me like it has done to me in the past and I will continue my weightloss regime until I get over the mountain of Plateau!
Didn’t eat breakfast just sticked with a cup of black coffee with hardly any sugar. It wasn’t too nice actually!

will just have a black coffee with my lunch.
